Pellets

Heating with wood pellets offers a number of advantages over conventional fossil fuels for heating:

High calorific

The calorific value of wood pellets is 4300 - 5100 kcal / kg. The efficiency (COP) of the heating system is 85% - 95% (efficiency of fireplaces   wood   70%) and their quality pellets burn almost completely. The time between two feedings of the stove is between two and five days. For comparison, the calorific value of   firewood   is 3440 kcal / kg.

Low ash content

FIXEDPremium features a large wooden pellets in low ash after incineration in boilers or pellet fireplaces and stoves. Of importance is the ability to use the ashes as fertilizer in the garden where the soil recover its balance.

Comfort comparable to gas heating

When burning wood pellets do not emit black smoke, making them ideal for fireplaces with a glass opening. The use of pellets provides comfort comparable to gas heating, due to the almost complete combustion (around 98.5%), besides boilers and stoves for heating with pellets do not produce almost no creosote. This also allows the installation of boilers and pellet stoves with direct vent ... no chimney!

Low water content

The pellets are extremely dense and have a low moisture content (in the range of 8% - 10%), which allows them to burn at a very high efficiency.

A cheaper source of energy

One ton of wood pellets has the heat value of 6 cc   Timber   and fits easily into a third space! This makes it possible to easily store fuel for the entire season. An important factor is the relative stability of prices of fuel in comparison with the prices of fossil energy sources.

Automation combustion in heating with pellets

The pellets can burn both ordinary stoves and fireplaces for solid fuels and in particular pellet boilers with high efficiency and a high degree of automation, approaching the boilers on gas and electricity. Pellet boilers alone dose the necessary quantity of pellets for burning.

Environmental Protection

Of great importance is the reduction of dependence on oil, natural gas and propane - all non-renewable fossil fuels used for heating. Wood pellets are a renewable fuel that is derived from sustainable sources - pure pulp. Substitution of fossil fuels such as oil, natural gas or propane heating with pellets reduces greenhouse gas emissions, thereby helping to reduce climate change and environmental protection.

Peletite produced by   Riko Style are high-quality and proven effect. They have been tested in an internationally recognized accredited laboratory and are certified by standard   DINplus 7A040. This is proof of the high calorific value, low ash content and seamless use of pellet heating systems.
